Margaret Reece is the founder of EVOLLOVE ME Inc. and CTG Enterprise LLC. Her vision was shaped by 18 years of service with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, followed by five years of volunteer service supporting justice-impacted individuals and their families before COVID-19. Those experiences inspired EVOLLOVE's trauma-informed pathway model and CTG's commitment to dependable transportation and logistics service.
For 18 years, Margaret Reece served within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. That work placed her close to the systems, decisions, and human consequences surrounding incarceration and reentry. She saw that release alone does not create stability. People often return to their communities carrying trauma while confronting disconnected services, employment barriers, transportation challenges, family strain, and limited access to trustworthy guidance.
After her state service, Margaret spent five years volunteering with justice-impacted individuals and their families before COVID-19. Those relationships deepened her understanding of the gap between available programs and a person's ability to find, trust, and navigate them. The need was not simply for another class. It was for a coordinated pathway that helped people identify priorities, access qualified partners, rebuild stability, and move forward with dignity.
EVOLLOVE ME Inc. grew from that conviction. The organization uses a trauma-informed pathway model because meaningful change rarely happens through a single intervention. Employment, entrepreneurship, transportation, behavioral health, family restoration, and community support are connected. EVOLLOVE helps participants navigate those connections while working with partners equipped to deliver specialized education, credentials, services, and opportunities.
